Competitive Exam Guidance: The Centre will provide guidance for various competitive exams, including UPSC/MPSC/Banking/SSC Board/Government of Maharashtra and India all Department Competitive Exams/NDA Exams/Police Bharati, etc.
Entrepreneurship Cum Skill Development Training: The Centre will provide vocational training and hands-on training to create employment and self-employment opportunities for youth
Innovation/Incubation: The Centre will provide mentorship to youth with new innovative business ideas or social enterprise concepts, including patent development, seed funding, and scale-up support.
Higher Education/Career Guidance: The Centre will provide mentorship for the Admission process for higher education, including foreign education, open schools courses, open university courses, language courses, and scholarships.
National Competition Support: The Centre will provide coaching for languages development and support for youth participating in state, national, or international sports competitions or CSR Young Fellow Program
Free Coaching for Languages Development: The Centre will provide coaching for language development, including German, English, and Japanese.
Specific: Train underprivileged youths (Age Group 18-35 years) in demand-driven skills (e.g., IT, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing) over five years
Measurable: Track the number of youths trained, certified, and placed in jobs or self-employment.
Achievable: Develop training programs in collaboration with industry partners to ensure relevance and employability.
Relevant: Address the skill gaps identified in the local job market and promote entrepreneurship.
Time-bound: Achieve the target of 30000 trained youths within five years.
