Women's Livelihood Transformation through Entrepreneurship:

Women Empowerment and Skill Development Centre Proposal

  1. entrepreneurship Cum Skill Development Training: The Centre will provide vocational training and hands-on experience to create employment and self-employment opportunities for women.

2. Innovation/Incubation Support: The Centre will provide mentorship to women with innovative business ideas or social enterprise concepts. This includes support for patent development, seed funding, and scale-up opportunities.

3. Higher Education/Career Guidance: The Centre will offer mentorship for admission processes related to higher education, including foreign education, open school courses, open university courses, language courses, and scholarships.

4. Marketing Linkages Development Support for Women’s Businesses: Guidance and support will be provided for developing marketing linkages for women’s livelihood and business initiatives.

5. National Competition Support: The Centre will provide coaching for language development and support for youth participating in state, national, or international sports competitions or CSR Young Fellow Program

6. Free Coaching for Language Development: The Centre will offer coaching for language development, including German, English, and Japanese.

Specific: Train Underrepresented women (Age Group 18-45 years) in entrepreneurship skills and facilitate the establishment of 450 women-led startups (individual or group) over five years.

Measurable: Track the number of women trained, startups established, and revenue generated by women- owned businesses.

Achievable: Provide access to microfinance, mentoring, and business development support to women entrepreneurs.

Relevant:  Empower women economically and promote gender equality.

Time-bound: Achieve the target of 450 women-led startups within five years
